Cancellation Policy

Yoga Class Booking Policy Booking & Payment All class bookings must be made in advance through [your preferred booking system/platform]. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations must be made at least [24 hours] before the scheduled class to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this window may not be refunded, but you may be able to reschedule for another class if available. In case of illness or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a class without prior notice will result in a loss of the class fee. Class Transfers You may transfer your booking to another class, subject to availability, if done at least [24 hours] before the class starts. Late Arrival Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins. Late arrivals may not be allowed entry, depending on class size and format. Health & Safety By booking a class, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in yoga. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions prior to class.
