our classes
I instruct movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and philosophy in my classes. You can find me teaching at studios in Southsea and Portsmouth, Raverlin, and Lano, as well as various other studios throughout Hampshire.
As a yoga teacher, I provide various asana-based classes catering to all skill levels. My sessions emphasise slowing down, tuning into your breath, and connecting with your body. Through my guidance, you'll discover subtle movements that enhance your awareness of both mind and body.
Every class will learn to cultivate a more inward tranquillity and self-compassion.

about each class
Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practice where postures are held for around 2–3 minutes to gently work into the fascia and support the body’s meridian channels. Yin invites stillness, patience and deep listening, helping to release tension and restore balance.
All levels welcome.
Balanced Flow
A gentle mid-week movement reset blending Pilates, Qi Gong and yoga. This class encourages intuitive movement, helping you unwind from the day, regulate the nervous system and prepare the body for rest and sleep.
All levels welcome.
Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath
A deeply restful class combining gentle restorative shapes and somatic movement to help the body soften and settle. The session closes with a 30-minute sound bath, allowing you to fully rest, receive and integrate.
All levels welcome.
Vinyasa Flow
A flowing practice linking breath with movement through a sequence of asana. Classes begin with seated pranayama and gradually build into creative, mindful flow before easing back into rest. Options are always offered so you can move in a way that feels right for you.
Mixed level — all welcome.

more on how I teach
My teaching is all about feeling and exploring. We explore both movement, stillness and breathing mindfully and consciously. In all practices we move gentle and this can help you develop a more self-compassionate relationship with yourself and your body.
In my slow classes ( yin, restorative, rest) I use a combination of somatic yoga, yin yoga, acupressure and self-massage to bring more freedom, ease, blood flow and vital energy into the body. Once your body better understands its relationship to self and space, feelings of wholeness, calmness, availability of breath and experiences of ease open a way for clearer communication and embodied grace for body, mind and spirit.
During this class, you will be encouraged to become more sensitive, explore and listen inwardly to the sheaths of connective your body to bring about greater luminosity and space within. Your body will experience the power and grace of gentle meditative movements.
