🌿 Join Me for Free / Donation Park Yoga at Queen Elizabeth Country Park! 🌿I'm delighted to be part of the Park Yoga team this summer, offering free, outdoor yoga asana sessions surrounded by nature at the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Country Park near Petersfield.
🧘♀️ When: Every Sunday from 4th May to 14th September
🕤 Time: 9:30–10:30 AM
📍 Where: Bottom Field, Queen Elizabeth Country Park, HorndeanLook out for the big Park Yoga flag!
✨ These classes are open to all and completely free—just bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water. If it rains, no worries—we’ll move indoors so you can still.
