About the event
The morning will be an opportunity to be in the tranquillity and simplicity of nature.
Experience the joy of practising a restful yoga class, followed by playing the alchemy bowls and healing frequencies. The vibrations produced by the bowls and instruments can help to balance the body's energy centres.
During the class, I will guide you through a selection of yin yoga poses to help the body relax and release physically. This class will allow you to slow down and investigate your body with maximum comfort and ease. We work with the principles of somatics—movement therapy, a way of re-educating how our brain senses and moves the muscles. You will move intentionally, tuning into the sensations in your body.
