About the event
I'd love to teach outside this summer—there’s something magical about moving and breathing in nature—but as we know, the British weather can be unpredictable! So, to keep things cosy and dependable, I’ve chosen a unique indoor venue that still holds plenty of character and charm.
Join us in gently moving into the weekend with a heart-opening, community-rooted yoga class in the inspiring setting of Staggeringly Good Brewery.
We’ll move through a grounding asana practice, connect with breath through prāṇāyāma, and finish with a peaceful meditation—all guided with care, intention, and joy. After class, stay for a warm cup of tea or coffee and take a moment to connect with fellow yogis.
This is yoga not just for your body, but for your whole being—a practice to unite, uplift, and nourish community.
