We’ll move through a grounding asana practice, connect with breath through prāṇāyāma, and finish with a peaceful meditation—all guided with intention and joy. After class, stay for a warm cup of tea or coffee and connect with fellow yogis. Yoga is more than just movement—it's a way to unite and uplift our community.
