The Art of Pause Retreat
A wellness retreat by Yoga with Alex, Mind Unwind, and Revive & Revolve held at tranquil Damson Hill Cottage, Upper Swanmore.
Join Alex, Emma, and Jo for a day of deep rest, mindful creativity and connection. We each bring a shared mindfulness practice into our work - through yoga and the meditative art of being creative. Together, we’ve designed a unique blend of restorative, immersive experiences to help you press pause and reconnect with yourself and with creativity. No previous experience is required in any of the sessions.

Retreat itinerary
9:30am – Welcome
Ease into the day with a warm welcome, hot drink, grounding and an opportunity to set intentions
10:00 – 11:00am – Morning yoga led by Yoga with Alex
A gentle, nourishing practice to awaken the body and calm the mind.
11:00 – 11:30am – Refreshments
11:30 – 1:00pm – Mindful creativity with Jo from Revive Revolve and Emma from Mind Unwind
Experience either creative mending OR autumnal watercolours. Drop into the flow of hand-stitching, mending or abstract mindful art in small groups
1:00 – 1:45pm
Refuel with a nutritious lunch and the option to explore the grounds of Damson Hill Cottage unique rural location
1:45 – 3:15pm – Mindful creativity with Jo from Revive Revolve and Emma from Mind Unwind
Rotate workshops and continue experiencing the art of pausing
3:30 – 4:30pm – Breathwork & Yin Yoga led by Yoga with Alex
A deeply restorative session to end the day. Gentle breathwork will flow into nourishing yin yoga to ground the body and quiet the mind
